Yolanda Hadid has officially stepped into a new phase of life. The former “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star is engaged to real estate developer Randy Kendrick, according to several media reports. Although neither Hadid nor Kendrick has publicly confirmed the news, the engagement has quickly drawn attention as another milestone in the television personality’s personal journey.
Yolanda Hadid has kept her relationship with Randy Kendrick largely out of public view. Unlike many celebrity couples, the pair rarely discuss their romance or make frequent public appearances together.
Randy Kendrick is the founder and CEO of Xebec. He also serves as CEO of Sandow Lakes Ranch Venture, LLC, and Sandow Lakes Energy Company. While the couple has chosen to maintain a private relationship, reports indicate that they are now preparing for marriage.
The engagement comes more than a year after Hadid quietly ended her relationship with Joseph Jingoli. The two became engaged in 2024 after meeting in Pennsylvania in 2017. They later relocated to Texas, where they built a dream home together.
The property was featured in Architectural Digest in August 2024 before the relationship came to an end.
Yolanda Hadid’s Personal Journey

Instagram | allaboutofzayngigi | Yolanda Hadid shares three adult children—Gigi, Bella, and Anwar—with her ex-husband Mohamed Hadid.
Before this engagement, Yolanda Hadid was married to Mohamed Hadid from 1994 to 2000. Together, they share three children—Gigi Hadid, 31, Bella Hadid, 29, and Anwar Hadid, 27. She later married David Foster, and their marriage lasted from 2011 until 2017.
After leaving “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” in 2016, Hadid shifted much of her attention toward health advocacy. Alongside Bella and Anwar, she has openly discussed living with Lyme disease and has used public platforms to increase awareness about the tick-borne illness.
Reflecting on that mission, Hadid told Vogue in 2021, “I always say that we have to turn our mess into a message.” She also explained, “We’re both convinced that we shouldn’t just use our platforms to post selfies. We also try to use them as amplifiers to give a voice to those who can’t be heard.”
She added, “By sharing the more uncomfortable parts of our lives, we have the power to raise awareness.”
Yolanda Hadid has also spoken about the personal lessons that came from living with Lyme disease. She shared, “My ‘new normal’ is much slower and more in tune with who I am.” She continued, “I’ve also learned to love my authentic self with all my imperfections.”
As reports of her engagement to Randy Kendrick make headlines, Hadid appears to be entering another meaningful chapter. While she continues to value privacy in her personal life, her long-standing commitment to health awareness and her openness about life’s challenges remain an important part of her public story.
